- We accept returns for damaged or defective items only, as all prints are made to order. 
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 
Return Process
- Contact our customer service with your order number and details of the issue. 
- If eligible, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. 
Refunds
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. 
Damage or Quality Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective print, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Production Times
- Standard production times are between 2-5 business days. 
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
